1. What this service is

ogotte.me provides a page where supporters can send you voluntary contributions with an optional message. We process payments through Stripe and pay the remainder to you after deducting the platform fee shown in the service.

Cheers are gifts of support, not purchases of goods or services, unless you expressly promise something in return. Any promise you make to supporters is your own responsibility.

2. Eligibility and your account

To receive cheers you must complete Stripe's identity verification and bank account setup, keep your information accurate, and save your agreement to these terms. ogotte.me does not collect or store your identity documents — Stripe handles that securely.

You may pause or disconnect receiving at any time from your dashboard.

3. Fees and payouts

Payments from supporters are charged directly to your Stripe account — you are the seller of record for cheers on your page. Each cheer is reduced by Stripe's processing fee and the platform fee shown in the service, and you keep the remainder.

Payouts to your bank account follow Stripe's schedule and rules. Because charges belong to your Stripe account, you are responsible for refunds, chargebacks, and disputes on them.

4. Payments and refunds

Supporters pay the exact amount shown at checkout in Japanese yen. Cheers are final and are not refundable except where required by law; where a refund or dispute occurs, it is handled on your Stripe account.

5. Prohibited use

You must not use ogotte.me for anything unlawful or harmful, including: fraud or deception; selling illegal or regulated goods or services; infringing others' intellectual property; harassment, hate, or abuse; money laundering or self-funding to manipulate rankings; or violating Stripe's restricted-business rules.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your page content, for any taxes on what you receive, and for any disclosures the law requires of you.

7. Suspension

We may suspend receiving or remove pages that violate these terms or create risk for supporters or the service. If Stripe restricts your account, receiving pauses automatically until Stripe restores it.

8. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the version number on this page changes and you will be asked to agree again before continuing to receive cheers.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost income, or supporter conduct.
